Project: Emergency works to resolve issues identified by CQC inspectors
Value: £250, 000 and £3 million
Timescale: 5 months and 26 weeks

Following an impromptu visit from CQC inspectors emergency works had to be carried out as a result of failures in many areas such as:

1. Infection Control
2. Health & Safety
3. Fire
4. Staff Training
5. Asbestos
6. General standards
7. Embryonic storage
8. Liquid Nitrogen Storage and Delivery

An immediate plan was introduced to firstly to carry out urgent upgrade elements to satisfy the investigative that matters were being treated seriously enough. The trust injected £250,000.00 for all works to be carried initiated and completed.

In addition we were commissioned to carry out a feasibility Study for recovery to either:

1. Upgrade existing facility within hospital to a minimum standard
2. Upgrade existing facility within hospital to a gold standard
3. Relocate service to external purpose built facility
