This project was undertaken within the district of Inverclyde. The clients brief was to construct a purpose built unit for his administration team, who were working out of premises which were quite dated and non-functional.
A great effort was taken to recruit local labour for the project in view of local un-employment levels.
The works were problematic due to existing service complications and in particular material deliveries.
Italian specialist design and installations were utilise to create a high level of exclusive environmental benefits, uplifting the cosmetic finishes, creating a more refreshing working area for key staff of the Playtex company.
Italian glazed partitions were introduced to enhance quality finish.
