Alterego has successfully managed the upgrade of 7 major elevator facilities within the medical, surgical, Theatre and other operational areas of hospital located within Glasgow & Paisley.
Value of works was £3.733 Million.
Problems existed and were overcome within the areas of asbestos removal, water ingress, structural integrity, infection control and delivery of specific materials within required timescales.
As you would expect it was extremely difficult to minimise hospital impact operationally, but with effective management, productive communication success was achieved on all fronts.
